Kings of Leon Launch Clothing Line

Bros from Nashville KOL launched a clothing line with Surface to Air that will be available at Paris Texas in Copenhagen. Most of the pieces are pretty generic and unsurprising - in fact this all feels pretty fucking irrelevant - except maybe for the coke spoon necklace, which you can purchase for a mere 200 Euros. How rock-n-roll:











The necklace really takes the collection to the next level (of suck). Can't wait to see these sported around the hood in Willburg. It's so rock-n-roll-doin-yay-with-daddy'$-money.

Austin City Limits Fest

So my first Austin music experience is one day of the music fest Austin City Limits.
I'm going on Friday. Pretty cool line-up:

Kings of Leon
John Legend
Andrew Bird
Phoenix
The Walkmen
Dr. Dog
etc. etc. etc.

It was a toss up between Friday and Sunday. Saturday was sold out due to Dave Matthews Band. (Vom!)

The tie breaker for me was really Kings of Leon & Phoenix. Though something feels wrong about seeing them without LUCKY CHILD. Especially KOL. I think maybe lucky should come visit and we can scream out the lyrics in a sea of Austin yuppies and bros. I wonder if Austin even has yuppies and bros!?!?
